The Junior League of South Brevard, Inc. is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. The purpose of the Junior League is exclusively educational and charitable.
The Junior League of South Brevard was established in 1966 and known as the Junior Service League. In 1980, the organization became a member of the Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc., an international organization with 296 leagues in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Great Britain, representing more than 200,000 women. Today, the Junior League of South Brevard has over 300 members. |
