The Junior League of South Brevard, Inc. is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. The purpose of the Junior League is exclusively educational and charitable.
The Junior League of South Brevard was established in 1966 and known as the Junior Service League of South Brevard, Inc. In 1980, the organization became a member of the Association of Junior Leagues of America. The Association of Junior Leagues, International is now an international organization with 293 leagues in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Great Britain, representing more than 160,000 women. Today, the Junior League of South Brevard, Inc. has just under 300 members.
