Historical preservation is essential; to the uniqueness of a community, to its cultural resources, to its economic viability, and to its future development The Junior Leagues of Florida recognize the need for and fully support the preservation of our heritage, the development of viable alternatives to preserve our archaeologically, architecturally, and historically significant buildings and sites, and the education of our citizenry in the area of historic preservation.
